This hotel was an excellent find! We loved the location, with a wonderful view of the canal and right on the Grand Canal. The staff was warm and friendly, and the basic amenities were clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the rooms with external private bathroom, which had great views across the water. Breakfast was also a highlight, served in a lovely eat-in kitchen.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

Clean, well-located property with view of waterway and plaza. Excellent staff, especially Olga who prepares breakfast and tidies rooms. Private bathroom, clothes room, and waterfront view in generous room. Fresh bread and provisions for luxurious breakfast. Great location near San Marco and promenade with smart yachts.

Great view and location - our room had an amazing view that took our breath away! The hotel is situated in a quieter area, away from the touristic hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance to the main attractions. The breakfast was also a highlight - plenty of options to choose from and everything was fresh.
Slow check-in process and difficult to find reception - we had a bit of trouble finding the front door and the check-in process was slow. there was no safe in the room which made us a bit uneasy.

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B in Venice. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the canal from my corner room. The staff was friendly and spoke English, which was a bonus. The breakfast, while a bit monotonous, was served at a time that suited me. The showers and beds were clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. I would recommend this B&B for its great location and friendly service.

The location of the hotel was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. the views of the surrounding area were beautiful, especially during the Christmas season. We enjoyed the festive atmosphere during our stay. the room was spacious and had comfortable bedding which ensured that we got a good night's sleep.
The noise from the construction work during the day was unbearable and disturbed our peace and quiet through the day at the hotel. the breakfast was unappealing, with limited options and the taste of the fruit was not fresh.
